I bring more than 20 years of experience across marketing, communications and journalism, combining an entrepreneurial background with a practical understanding of how businesses attract customers and grow. Through my consulting work and Content.UA, I have worked with companies including Cisco, Lenovo, OLX, DTEK and UKRSIBBANK.
I am interested in how businesses make decisions: how they find customers, enter new markets, build partnerships and communicate the value of their products and services. At ProBusiness.Media, I explore these questions through interviews with founders, company stories and expert perspectives. I pay particular attention to Ukrainian businesses expanding internationally and to the gap between a company’s potential and its actual growth.
As a consultant, I help founders and their teams identify growth priorities, refine their positioning, develop their offers and put strategy into practice. We begin with an understanding of the business, its customers and its market, then agree on priorities, resources and a plan for implementation.
Depending on the project, I build a team, work with the client’s existing specialists or bring in trusted professionals for web development and marketing delivery. I coordinate their work, keep it aligned with business objectives and help the team review results and adapt its approach.
I also design and deliver bespoke projects, media platforms for founders and businesses, events and partnerships to support specific growth objectives. These might include reaching a new audience, building credibility in a market or developing commercial relationships. Each project starts with a clear business purpose, which shapes both the format and the delivery plan.
I offer individual consultations, strategy development and ongoing support with implementation. I also welcome editorial proposals from entrepreneurs and experts who have valuable experiences and insights to share with ProBusiness.Media readers.
