Before storytelling — a decade in systems. For over ten years, Svitlana worked in banking and technology. At ProCredit Bank in Ukraine, she managed premium client portfolios and led digital transformation projects. Later, at Cisco Systems in Portugal, she was part of engineering teams. This unique combination — a psychologist who understands complex systems and a storyteller who thinks in data — shapes her distinctive perspective.
